Mike Staver to Kick Off NSCA’s Pivot to Profit Virtual

The author of “Leadership Isn’t for Cowards” — who was a big hit at the NSCA 2020 Business & Leadership Conference — will kick off Pivot to Profit Virtual event in September with an updated message about leading in turbulent times.

When Mike Staver addressed integrators for the first time, it was just before the North American market became entrenched in the COVID-19 crisis. His closing keynote at NSCA’s Business & Leadership Conference on Feb. 28, 2020, was likely the last in-person presentation many integration company leaders attended.

Staver will reconvene with integrators when he delivers the opening keynote at NSCA’s 2020 Pivot to Profit Virtual, which takes place on Sept. 22-23.

The keynote, “The Leadership Challenge During the Most Unpredictable Time Ever,” zeroes in on integration company leaders’ unique obstacles.

“I’m excited to talk to the audience about not what’s changed, but the practical things we need to deal with,” Staver said. “How do we balance needs to keep the business safe with keeping the business moving forward. What is a leader’s part in that?
